Every pre-owned piano in Convoy Piano is hand-picked by the owner, Mihee Lee (Registered Piano Technician). They are each inspected for a solid structural foundation as well as a high potential for great future performances.

They then each go through rigorous refurbishing in our in-house workshop. Any parts needed are replaced and regulated -- whether it's in the action or the strings.

 

Once taken apart everything is professionally cleaned, inside and out.

Finally, the piano is tuned to perfection, completing their journey to rebirth.

We stand by the quality of our pianos by offering a one year parts and labor warranty, on top of a free tuning within 6 months of purchase.
